In food and beverage manufacturing, sintered metal filters are used in many different areas. In beverage manufacturing, spargers are used for carbonation, oxygen removal and oxygenation. The small pores in the spargers improve the absorption of gas in liquids such as beverages. This at the same time as the use of gas is reduced and the speed of the transfer is improved.
